-
The length of your dog’s coat will determine how often your pet needs to be groomed. The longer their coat, the more often they should be groomed.
We typically recommend 4-8 weeks between grooms, but we would be happy to discuss your dog’s specific needs and grooming schedule!
-
We will let you know an approximate time your dog’s groom will take when you drop them off. Most grooms take 1-2 hours, however the time taken will depend on the condition and length of your dog’s coat, as well as their behaviour and comfortability with being groomed .
We will contact you approximately 20 minutes before the end of their groom so you have time to come pick up your pup!
-
We are a humanity above vanity salon. We will not perform full-body de-matting as it can be painful and cause unnecessary stress to your pup. It is at the sole discretion of your groomer if smaller areas may be de-matted (ears, tail, etc.). Severely matted dogs will have a “fresh start” groom.
-
It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience! Your puppy’s first visit will include a gentle introduction to the sights, sounds, and smells of the salon to ensure their futures visits are happy and stress free!
-
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. This gives us enough time to fill your dog’s appointment space. Cancellations made without proper notice may be charged up to the full price of the groom.

If you have an appointment on a Monday/Tuesday we will accept a text or voicemail left on the weekend 48 hours before your appointment without penalty.

We kindly ask that you wait for our phone call to come into the salon at the end of your dog’s groom.
When your dog sees you, they get excited and want to come say hi! It can be extremely difficult and dangerous to safely finish grooming a dog when they are so excited to see you. For your dog’s safety we don’t allow owners to stay for the duration of the groom and will let you know when they are ready to be picked up.
We are happy to book some time to show our clients around the salon so they can see where their dog is being groomed!
-
We accept cash, debit, credit (including amex), and e-transfers.
-
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the groom your dog has received, please advise within 2 business days so we can do our best to rectify it. Our client’s satisfaction is of upmost importance to us! We take great pride in our service and want pet parents to as well!
