What to Expect
From the moment you and your dog enter our salon, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly staff members, Jess, Riley or Shannon!
You’ll then be guided through our “New Client Form” so we can get to know more about your and your pet. We’ll go over your services and discuss any special needs your pup may have.
Then, the fun begins!
After you leave, we begin the groom. We’ll groom your dog to your specifications - making sure they are always comfortable throughout the grooming process.
You’ll receive a call or message 15-20 minutes before the end of your dog’s groom - so you can start heading back to the salon for pick-up!
At the end, you’ll be reunited with your freshly bathed and/or groomed pup, as we check you out and book your next groom!
